1. Digital Service Model
Varcio is a hosted software service. No physical goods are sold, warehoused, shipped, dispatched, or otherwise delivered as part of the standard offering.
Access to the service is delivered electronically through account activation, workspace provisioning, email verification, and, where applicable, payment confirmation and service configuration.
2. Electronic Provisioning and Delivery
Access is ordinarily made available after completion of signup requirements and successful payment, verification, or fraud checks. Provisioning may also depend on configuration steps such as identity verification, SSO setup, enterprise onboarding, or cloud integration authorization.
If activation is delayed because required information is incomplete, the customer is responsible for providing the information reasonably required to complete provisioning.
3. Shipping, Exchange, Replacement, and Returns
Because the standard service is digital, physical shipping, parcel tracking, physical exchange, product replacement, and return of goods do not apply.
Subscription changes are handled as plan changes, renewals, cancellations, or billing adjustments rather than as exchanges of goods. If any enterprise arrangement includes separate physical deliverables, the governing written order or statement of work controls those deliverables.
4. Delivery or Activation Issues
If you are unable to access the service after signup or payment, contact support@varcio.com. Please include the organization name, registered email address, and any relevant invoice or payment reference.
Varcio may request additional verification before restoring or adjusting access where fraud prevention, misconfiguration, or account-security concerns are involved.
